Mark Skolnick has been in the loan industry since 1991. He consistently helps clients obtain finance solutions to best meet their needs. Property types financed include hotels, net leased investments, mixed use buildings, multifamily, automotive properties, student housing, office, warehouse, industrial and ground-up construction.
In 1993 Mark founded, and continues to manage The Real Estate Roundtable of San Francisco, a professional networking group and think tank. He is a licensed real estate broker (CA BRE 0112677). In 1999 He started Investment Property Capital and later began Lodging Finance as a vertical business solution for arranging capital solutions for the hotel industry. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1985, majoring in Cultural Anthropolgy. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, beekeeping, and due to the pandemic, has limited travels close to his home in Northern California.
